Sea to Land

It seems to be raining again outside with a little bit of a chill, but I'm blessed to know I have a roof over my head! We are now leaving a little town on the west coast to travel inland and south! I can't believe my time in Scotland is just about over, but both Sarah and I are ready to head to warm France. We've even decided to go and visit the Mediterranean Sea for a couple of days, so we can lay on the beach!!!!!!!!!! I have refused to come home white! No but we are ready for another change. I still can't believe it's only 2 weeks until we will return to the Land of flat ground and green fields. I'm excited to see how things that are familiar back are. Plus I can't wait for the privacy of my own room and the independence of my own vehicle. But I'm not thinking on these things right now. Well, I must be off my train leaves soon. I'll be intouch!

Sea Shores!

We have departed Edinburgh and have headed north. Edinburgh was a very historically beautiful city. And the Hard Rock Cafe had some really good food. (so far it's the best beef I've tasted over here!) We went to The Edinburgh Dungeon which tells of the dark history of Edinburgh. It was disturbing to know the dark mind of humans. I'm just thankful that those things don't go on anymore. We are now in a little town on the west coast. It's a sea side town that borders the harbour. It's so incredibly gorgeous. Actually it reminds me of Vancouver Island a lot. If I ever get the chance to come back to Scotland this is definitely a place I would return too. Well, I must be off. God bless!

School's Out

I am now finished school, and it's sad that I had to say goodbye to my new found family and home. It was really good while it lasted, and I learned so much about myself, and the God who created me. It's sad to think that a place that meant so much to me, I will probably never see again. But I'm so thankful for the opportunity I had to go to Capernwray. It is something that I won't forget. And I encourage anyone who is thinking about it to give Capernwray a try. They won't be disappointed.
Our next journey has begun, and it's a little stressful trying to plan things, but it's also good to see other parts of the earth. We are in Scotland and it's not much different than England, but we are hoping it will be a little different the farther north we go. And we are hoping that the next hostel is a little more, shall we say impressive! but in all we have arrived here safely and are enjoying our good healthy non bread meals! We have smiles on our faces and are ready for bed! Well this is audios for another day, but I will keep you informed!
